We’re excited by our first Highlands Circular Economy showcase on the way.
We have developed an approach to cut food waste by eighty percent and produce from it revenues streams such as gourmet mushrooms, soil conditioner, animal feed and biofuel. The showcase will demonstrate the value of the wasted resources and how a circular economy approach can capture that value again and change the problem of waste into the opportunity of a sustainable enterprise.
We aim to create a franchise social business model for small and medium enterprise, farmers and young entrepreneurs and export the model in other countries.
